Study shows small businesses using AI have found more success

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. —

We asked business owners in downtown St. Cloud for their thoughts on artificial intelligence.

Laura Kuntzevich at Lavender Patch said she’s happy to use AI to learn about customer trends but not to replace her efforts on social media.

She goes live on Facebook to let customers know about the latest deals and makes sales by interacting with them in the comments.

A new study by Constant Contact found 91% of small-business owners found their shop or restaurant to be more successful while using AI.

Laura Goldberg with the company says AI has actually been around for a while through concepts like automatic emails and reminders.

“I think what is happening now is that we can now apply that technology to consumer tools,” Goldberg said.

She said now, using AI could help business owners put more time and attention into their actual product rather than marketing it.
